Paul Howitt – Broker of Record

Paul Howitt is a recognized professional real estate broker with strong commercial real estate experience in the Greater Toronto area.
Before forming Durham Commercial Real Estate he was an integral part of two major International Real Estate Brokerage firms; DTZ Barnicke and Cushman & Wakefield over a 15 year period.
Paul is a former nationally ranked tennis player and a strong believer in work/life balance and healthy living. He received his Professional Instructor Certification through Tennis Canada in 2011, and hopes to be involved as a coach is the sports activities of his daughters (born in 2009 and 2011).
Paul is a passionate individual in everything in which he is involved.


Ted Parks – Marketing Consultant

Ted Parks is a communications and marketing director who has provided creative strategy, advice and design expertise to international commercial real estate brokerage firms and their clients for over 15 years.
